I lost the remote control to my TV / DVD/ media device and am having problems programming it, what can I do?
Some TVs / DVD players / media devices require the original remote control to access the on-screen programming features. If this is the case and you can not access the on-screen programming features with a universal remote control or through buttons on the TV or DVD/media device, then you will need to consult your owner’s manual and/or call the manufacturer to order a replacement remote control.

Can I order premium channels like HBO or Showtime? What about pay-per-view?
No, premium services are not currently available.
Are there any plans to add additional HD channels to HUSKYVision?
UITS is only able to provide HD channels from content providers who enable us to receive their signal. UConn negotiates with content providers to provide the best service possible at a reasonable cost. This is acquired through contracts, which restrict changes to the channel line-up. Each time a contract is up for renewal, UConn reviews channel packages and offerings.
